Katie’s passion is to help adolescents, adults, couples, and families who are experiencing difficulties due to past trauma or current life stressors. Her aim is to instill hope that change is possible and assist in making that change happen. She believes in creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals feel comfortable talking about their concerns openly and freely.

Katie brings to her private practice over 15 years of experience providing individual, group, and family therapy in residential and outpatient care as well as school- and home- based settings. Her specialties include anxiety, self-esteem, family conflict, adolescent issues, relationship issues, and depression.

Katie utilizes a solution-focused, strength-based approach to address each individual’s unique issues and specific treatment needs. A variety of therapy techniques are used to encourage and teach her clients to increase their sense of self while learning how to celebrate their strengths and weaknesses.

Jennifer has been a clinical social worker and addiction specialist since 1996. She received her Masters in Social Work (MSW) from The Ohio State University and her chemical dependency specialty through her internship at the Addiction Recovery Center at Harding Hospital in Worthington, Ohio. Jennifer has a BA in psychology from the University of Maryland.

Jennifer specializes in treating addiction, depression, anxiety, post-partum women, womens’ issues, adolescent issues (14+ only), and relationship struggles.

Through the years Jennifer has had a variety of work experiences including counseling and supervising in dual diagnosis facilities. Her extensive experience ranges from outpatient individual, marital, group and family counseling with mental health and substance abuse cases, to supervising an adolescent AOD unit and a children and adolescent dual diagnosis unit.

With a background in communication, Katie has always been captivated by human relationships and the ways we connect with each other. After spending nearly a decade as an Administrative Assistant, where her role was predominantly filled with paperwork, she found she was yearning for a more direct interaction with people. This desire led her to pursue a Master of Social Work at The Ohio State University, setting her on the path to become a Clinical Social Worker.

Throughout her master’s studies, Katie developed a deep interest in the intersection of mental health issues, trauma, and substance use disorders. Her internship experiences included working in family and adolescent drug courts, supporting Veterans grappling with addiction, and counseling in a medication-assisted treatment program.

Katie’s practice is built on a foundation of techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and trauma-informed care. She takes great joy in learning the unique stories of each of my clients of all ages over 18. She has a particular passion for assisting young adults as they navigate the challenging transitions through college and into early adulthood.

Kevin Kulwik earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the Ohio State University College of Social work in 2018 and is a licensed independent social worker in the state of Ohio. Kevin is an expert in adolescent and young adult mental health and almost exclusively works with individuals between the ages of 14-25. This gives Kevin a unique and advantageous perspective on the current youth culture and some of the common obstacles and issues a teenager or young adult may face in the world today. Kevin uses a variety of person-centered techniques to empower clients to pursue a life based in value and meaning regardless of unhelpful thoughts and unpleasant emotions.

Through radical acceptance and allowance, mindful observation, and thoughtful exploration of all occurrences, clients collaborating with Kevin will become highly skilled at remaining open to a multitude of experiences and environments, will become proficient in remaining present and connected to all of the opportunities found in everyday moments, and will become inspired to continually strive toward major life goals, passions, and dreams. 

Prior to Seasons Counseling Services, Kevin was a therapist in the Intensive Family Support Program at The Buckeye Ranch, and participated in The Buckeye Ranch’s “live-supervision” internship during his MSW. Evan Mackenzie (he/him/his) is an Independently Licensed Social Worker who specializes in working with LGBTQIA+ people, largely transgender, gender expansive, queer, and questioning folks. Evan enjoys supporting clients through identity exploration, fostering self-love and acceptance, and managing grief and loss related to identity. 

Evan’s approach to therapy is person-centered, strengths-based, and is rooted in the values of compassion, self-determination, and harm reduction. He works with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, issues related to body image, substance misuse, and complex trauma. Evan believes that queer people face unique challenges, and thus, also have unique opportunities for joy, self-discovery, deep compassion, and radical self-love.

I believe the most important question we can ask ourselves is, “What do I want?” I believe that everyone has an ability to move towards growth, healing, and fulfillment. I approach therapy from a perspective learning and believe that the more we learn about ourselves, the better able we are to make choices about how we want to move forward in life. I use an integrative framework to address each client’s individual needs. I work from a trauma informed lens and use interventions from existential, Attachment Theory, Gottman, ACT, IPT, and EFT.

I have experience treating ADHD, anxiety, autism, bipolar disorder, depression, gender dysphoria, trauma, grief, and chronic illness. I also specialize in couples counseling, polyamorous relationships, and on identity, sex, and intimacy issues. My career has centered on working with fellow neurodivergent persons, LGBTQ+ persons, and persons of color.

I have a PhD in higher education and served as faculty in OSU’s counselor ed program. I live with my husband, Tyler, in Westerville, OH. Dr. Kadian Miracle is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Sex and Relationship Therapist, as well as a certified dancing mindfulness facilitator. She holds a PhD in Clinical Health Psychology from Ohio University and completed an internship and post-doctoral residency at The Ohio State University, Counseling and Consultation Services.

As a clinicians she is well versed in providing assessment, crisis intervention services, and culturally responsive individual, group and couples psychotherapy addressing a range of concerns including sexual dysfunction, military sexual trauma, PTSD, pain and chronic illness management, and other general mental health concerns.

Jennifer has over 20 yrs of experience as a psychotherapist working in a variety of healthcare settings. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from OSU and her Master’s in Clinical Counseling from the University of Dayton. She began her career treating substance use disorders in hospitals and rehab facilities and feels passionately about providing quality clinical care to those struggling with these issues, as well as to their families.

Adept in the diagnosis & treatment of a variety of mental health issues including mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, grief and loss, divorce, struggles with spirituality, and trauma through the use of EMDR. Jennifer strongly believes in the collaborative process between therapist and client and the importance of tailoring care to each individual through a holistic lens. Krista Sisterhen earned a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Washington in 1989 and is a Licensed Independent Social Worker in the State of Ohio. She began her career providing counseling services to with active-duty service members with the U.S. Army. Her clinical specialties in substance abuse and trauma led her to work with military veterans and their families in residential and out-patient settings. As a result of this experience, she developed a wide range of clinical expertise and began serving individuals, couples, and families in private practice. In 2001, Krista added divorce mediation services to her practice to assist couples contemplating divorce and others looking to restore fractured family or work relationships.

Krista has advanced training in and uses three complimentary and highly effective therapeutic approaches to support couples: Emotionally Focused Therapy, the Gottman Method and the Family FIRO Model. She is also a certified Discernment Counselor and able to help couples in the brink of divorce determine a path forward with clarity and confidence. Krista specializes in marital therapy, affair recovery and assisting couples with repair and strengthen their relationship with one another.

Krista strongly believe in the strength, courage, and power of each individual to reach their fullest potential. Her ideal client is motivated and open to learning that they do not have to live in their suffering. She loves working with individuals who are mired down by anxiety and are seeking a better way to cope. She has many tools that can be utilized including hypnosis, guided imagery, relaxation techniques, CBT and many others. In addition, she has a passion for working with Women and Women’s issues of self-esteem, self-worth, anxiety issues/IBS, weight issues, assertiveness skill building, boundary setting and transitions.

Krista uses a variety of tools such as Mindfulness, Guided Imagery, Clinical Hypnosis, Bibliotherapy and CBT in order to treat anxiety (which can include Panic, IBS, Generalized Anxiety. She also discuss with clients the importance of additional, non-invasive holistic methods that can enhance therapy (Exercise, Art, Dance and Movement, Acupuncture, Yoga, Nutrition).

Through her additional training, she has has discovered some exciting tools in treating anxiety, such as Cognitive Hypnotherapy. Furthermore, Hypnosis has been found to be a very effective treatment for IBS. Additionally, she has a certification in how proper nutrition can support mental health and wellness.

Erica Rampelberg, PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision, brings nearly two decades of experience to her work, specializing in domestic and sexual abuse, intimate partner violence (IPV), leadership development, and multicultural leadership. Her career spans leadership, advocacy, and private clinical practice, focusing on empowering individuals through complex life challenges.

Driven by a lifelong commitment to helping others, Dr. Rampelberg’s passion for advocacy was profoundly shaped by her personal experiences with domestic violence. As a parent to children with ADHD and autism, she brings unique insight into the challenges of parenting neurodiverse children, which informs her approach to therapy. She has worked with civilian and military populations, providing therapy, developing support programs, and leading organizations focused on trauma recovery.

In private practice, Dr. Rampelberg integrates her expertise with a personalized approach to care, creating spaces for clients to explore their challenges. Her leadership extends beyond therapy, impacting communities through curriculum development, grant writing, and nonprofit involvement. Lee is an Ohio native, born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio; making their way to Columbus and finding a warm and vibrant home among buckeyes. Lee describes themself as unconditionally optimistic, eager to laugh, and humbly personable. Before becoming a licensed independent social worker, their past experiences working in retail, food service, and guest accommodations have given Lee an expansive experience of commonly shared lived experiences; social work. Working collaboratively with clients and using a person-centered approach to therapy is central to the care Lee provides to clients. Lee specializes in working with LGBTQIA+ populations, young adults, trauma-related disorders, poly/kink populations, and those who experience depression, anxiety, substance use concerns.

Prior to joining Seasons Counseling Services, Lee worked as an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist in an agency setting providing counseling services to adults, children, and couples. Lee has experience in the non-profit sector with Columbus youth at Kaleidoscope Youth Center and small private practice. Lee believes therapy can be used as transformative social justice work through empowerment, self-advocacy skills, and recognizing your inherent power. S. Colin Winter is a United States Army veteran having served as a Sergeant in the infantry. After the military, S. Colin became involved in the Central Ohio veteran community.

He has served as the President of Vets 4 Vets, the student-veteran organization at The Ohio State University. He also also worked as the Veteran Advocate for the College of Social Work at OSU, assisting fellow student-veterans navigate and find community resources throughout Central Ohio.

Additionally S. Colin co-founded and served as Executive Director of Run Down The Demons, a nonprofit organization created to bring awareness and change to mental health concerns relating to veterans and their families.

S. Colin holds a Master of Social Work from The Ohio State University and completed his internship at the Department of Veterans Affairs in Columbus, OH. He is a licensed social worker and licensed independent chemical dependency counselor specializing in trauma and addiction.

Simon is interested in helping his clients experience the present moment without judgment through body and emotion-focused awareness. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Addiction Studies from the University of Cincinnati and his Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Ohio State University. He completed an 18-month Gestalt theory and practice training program at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland in 2017. Simon is also trained in Prolonged Exposure Therapy for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. He has previously worked with a large and diverse university student population.

He is an experienced generalist, with particular specializations/interest in alcohol and other drug use disorders/assessment, trauma, working with LGBTQ persons, anxiety, depression, family of origin concerns, men’s issues, bipolar disorder, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. Simon continues to incorporate Gestalt, interpersonal process, client-centered, and motivational interviewing theories.

Simon believes that each person’s unique experiences, cultures, and identities inform the therapeutic process. He strives to not make meaning for others and instead is interested in how his clients are experiencing their full range of emotions in the here and now.
